Joe was great at helping try to figure out why my phone and apple car play would not connect (it’s still not working correctly). My phone was updated and my car had recently had an update. Joseph Adams was my service advisor and was such a pleasure to work with, I was so not wanting to go back to Courtesy for car service due to past customer service that was not up to par. Joseph Adams was my service person. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed. He was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I presented a $1 coupon for Texas State vehicle inspection to my SA Joe. He told me I would have to make another purchase at the regular price to use the coupon. I showed him that there's no restri inspection to my SA Joe. He told me I would have to make another purchase at the regular price to use the coupon. I showed him that there's no restrictions spelled out in the email coupon and I had called a Courtesy agent on the phone prior to arriving to the dealership to confirm that there were no such restrictions. I then asked to talk to his manager. That's when he was reluctant to let me see the manager and raise his voice with me that the manager would give me the same answer. He continued to raise his voice whe I insisted on seeing the manager since there was no such restrictions on the coupon! Joe was very rude. I hope Courtesy is not using this bailt and switch marketing to scam on its customers! I am an upset customer! More
