I bought a pre-owned certified vehicle which has supposedly gone through a thorough inspection. However the brakes are warped and the rear bumper of the truck must have been hit at some point being that one side was pushed into the body creating some rust that I now have to fix; didn’t notice it until I washed the truck a couple days of owning it. Overall I’m pleased with the dealership, but I think the certified vehicles should be inspected better. More

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Durango. We dealt with Joe Ard. He was awesome to work with. Unfortunately, the financial guy Zach was not as pleasant. He is very cut and dry. No, personality whatsoever and lacks communication skills. He didn’t tell anyone that we would be in at an earlier time to pick up our new vehicle. We had to come back 3 hours later to pickup our vehicle after we were told that everything would be ready and it would only take 30 minutes to get everything done. Which is awesome when you have 3 young kids. Not cool to have to come back 3 hours later and then have to sign paperwork twice because Zach made another mess up. More
