I decided to reach out to another salesperson Joe Ard and he was ver dealership but never got any follow up calls after noting interest on a vehicle. I decided to reach out to another salesperson Joe Ard and he was very prompt with responses and got scheduled in to see the vehicle I was interested. It was an excellent experience once I got to work with Joe and made everything straightforward and smooth. I did my second test drive, decided I wanted to move forward and handed the keys to my trade in, the numbers worked out and we had a deal. I also liked the fact that Joe basically just asked me questions and he filled out the finance application and that made it very easy too. Enjoyed the drive home with my new-to-me vehicle. I have used this dealership many times for services for my different vehicles, from diff brands.
