Joe Balhorn has been my rep for several years now and has always treated me fairly. The lease process is smooth, easy, and low stress. Great Service I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership in 1989. Joe Balhorn assisted me back then and has been my salesman ever since. He has come to know I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership in 1989. Joe Balhorn assisted me back then and has been my salesman ever since. He has come to know me well and truly listens to what I want. I trust and respect his expertise; he gives me the information needed to make an educated decision. My daughter has also come to know Joe. He's now her salesman as well! I take my vehicles to the dealership for all maintenance or other service issues and have never had a problem. I recently worked with Ian Murphy regarding a minor repair and was satisfied as usual! More

What I have been a customer of Pat Milliken Ford for about 20 years and my wife for about 30 years. My wife and I have always dealt with Joe Balhorn. What I like about Joe is that he listens to what I want, offers some suggestions and then finds a great deal on the vehicle I want. No hard sales tactics. Just an honest buying experience. Back in 2008, General Motors was my customer ( I work for an automotive supplier) and I was all set to purchase a GM vehicle. I stopped by Pat Milliken and talked to Joe about what I was going to buy and why. He offered a similar Ford vehicle but GM was running a great promotion and the price difference was just too great. Joe agreed that he could not compete on the price and thanked me for giving him a shot at my business. Well, GM did several things that made me change my mind and I went back to Pat Milliken and purchased a 2008 Ford Focus. I was very happy with that vehicle. I just traded it in on a 2015 Ford Focus and was very pleased with the trade in value and overall ease of purchase on my new vehicle. My wife and I have visited other company dealerships and other Ford dealerships and always seem to end up back at Pat Milliken Ford with Joe Balhorn. When something works and works well, there is no reason to change it. More
