The dealer's service where I purchased my car (Ciocca) is abysmal, so I take it to Audi Warrington instead. I can trust my service rep Evan Downs to give me the straight info, and guide me through the optio abysmal, so I take it to Audi Warrington instead. Evan goes out of his way to make sure I have the best possible outcome. I hate car trouble, but I like that. More

Service team customer communication is very poor.
