Most recently, I traded in my 2021 Q3 for the all new 2026 model And everything was done with perfection and taking into consideration every one of my needs.Scott went above and beyond to make sure that my new vehicle was exactly what I wanted, in the timeframe which I needed it, and kept in touch throughout. I took my one-year-old Audi to an official Audi dealership for an oil change and other service. I expected high-quality customer care and support if any issues came up. Unfortunately, my experience dealership for an oil change and other service. I expected high-quality customer care and support if any issues came up. Unfortunately, my experience was no different from any ordinary service center. They listened to me, but they questioned everything I said and clearly did not trust my explanation. I told them that a part — the belly shield — was missing after my visit, even though it was there before the service. Their response was that it could have been damaged by snow or something else, and that I could simply buy a new one and have them install it. However, the part was not broken — it was completely unscrewed. This is obvious because there were no bolts left and no broken pieces at all. If such a part had fallen off my car, I would have definitely heard it. It’s impossible not to notice something like that. A part like this would not fall off all at once — it would first loosen, start rattling, and only later detach. But none of this seemed to matter to them. My car was on their lift, and whatever they did there, I’m apparently expected to take their word for it. They simply said, “We didn’t remove it,” and refused to discuss the issue further. So my advice to anyone leaving their car for service: always check your vehicle carefully afterward. Otherwise, you may later discover that parts are missing, and the dealership will deny any responsibility. I had a different experience in the past with my new Kia Sorento. When it was serviced at a Kia dealership, the air filter housing was damaged during an oil and filter change. I drove the car for quite some time before noticing the issue when I opened the hood to refill washer fluid. Several months had passed, but when I returned to the dealership, they acknowledged the situation immediately. No one accused me of breaking anything — they simply replaced the part because the car had only been serviced by them. Unfortunately, my experience with Audi service was very disappointing. Draw your own conclusions. More

Generally, I find this dealer’s service department to do a fine job. However, after a recent service visit, the car was returned unwashed. While this is a small item, I feel it can show a lack of attention a fine job. However, after a recent service visit, the car was returned unwashed. While this is a small item, I feel it can show a lack of attention to detail, and at the very least, is not a great look for a “premium” service department. More
