It took 6 months to get my vehicle with little update from Sullivan, because Ford provides very little information to the dealer. I went online to the Bronco forum, but few people had any real informati from Sullivan, because Ford provides very little information to the dealer. I went online to the Bronco forum, but few people had any real information as to the cause of the delay. Then I lost the rebate because Ford held the Bronco for so long. The overall buying experience was terrible, due to Ford and not the dealer. With that being said, Sullivan Ford is a medium sized dealership and the personal experience is much better than I have experienced at the Mega Dealers. Great people and great service is why I went ahead and bought the Bronco at Sullivan, even though I paid more and waited longer than I should have had to - due to Ford. I would give Sullivan 5 stars, but Ford only gets 3. More
