Both Joe Collins and Greg Cole called me to get the deal started and Rob Gill expedited the financing paperwork. After taking possession, I noticed a defect in the steering wheel. No problem. They took care of it and put me in a loaner vehicle for a few hours. Thanks Jeanne & Crystal. Greg Cole was diligent and personable and made the experience fun. Not to mention sharing his personal cell number with me to contact him any time. This is clearly more than just a job to him. Love my new CRV and love Scott Honda too. More
