i am a toyota customer since 1993 and love the vehicles - don't want to drive anything else. Joseph Croce and Nancy were wonderful and the deal was very smooth. i decided to trade my 2009 Camry and buy a don't want to drive anything else. Was one of the best experiences I have had getting a new car. The salesman and sales manager were both knowledgeable, professional and really listened to what was important to me. Have been buying and leasing cars since 1968 and I would say this sales experience and this dealership provided truly a top rated experience. More

I have been dealing with DCH Toyota City at 1305 Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck for the past seven years, I bought my first car a 2004 Toyota Corolla at the Toyota Dealership on Boston Post Road in the Bronx Post Road, Mamaroneck for the past seven years, I bought my first car a 2004 Toyota Corolla at the Toyota Dealership on Boston Post Road in the Bronx, NY. at that time I was not familar with DCH Toyota City aka Toyota City, I took my car for the first service in the Bronx and it was meant time off from work etc and it was a hassle so I went on line and discovered Toyota City and since then I started bringing my car there for service and any necessary repairs I met Susan Porzio a fantastic service person. As a matter of fact all the other employees that I have met over the years have all been great to me. Since then I recommended my friend who bought her Camry there and I myself bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla and I was helped with this purchase by Joe Croce and I was happy that he was still there when I decided to purchase my Toyota Corolla 2010. I will remain a faithfull customer to this Toyota Dealership as long as I continue to get the great service I have been getting over the years. We bought a Toyota Camry from DCH Toyota City, Mamaroneck, NY, in February 2010. Our sales people were Joe Croce and William Glass. Both of them provided a terrific service. They took lots of time to answer all questions and reacted actively to our suggestions. For example, my wife suggested a preferred price and what she expected from the car, and they came up with a suggestion that suited our needs, indeed. They were also helpful with insurance, registration, and provided straightforward advice on maintenance of the car. Even after we took the car home, they continued to provide support. All in all, a very good experience. We recommend DCH Toyota City without hesitation. More

I recently puchased a 2010 Prius from DCH Toyota City Mamaroneck. The salesman I worked with, Joe Croce, was terrific- he helped me find the model I wanted, and managed to ensure it got to me from the we Mamaroneck. The salesman I worked with, Joe Croce, was terrific- he helped me find the model I wanted, and managed to ensure it got to me from the west coast in a short time. Joe spent considerable time explaining how this new-fangled thing worked, answered all my questions, and when he didn't have a complete answer, he did research or consulted with the service dept. to give me complete answers, including calling me back when he had the info I wanted. He did all this with humor and patience, and was very helpful when I called about the "fix" for the brake recall situation- a software update. The service manager, Mike, also was helpful in scheduling the repair around my work situation, even offering to provide a ride to help get me to work. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and especially Joe Croce, to anyone contemplating buying a new car- hopefully a new hybrid! More

I went to DCH Toyota to lease a new car, and was greeted very kindly as soon as I walked in. The sales consultant and business manager I worked with were extremely professional and polite. We have received excellent customer service and an unbeatable price at this dealership when we first got a 2008 Camry LE in January 2008. We then had to upgrade 6 months later to a 2008 Sienna LE and unbeatable price at this dealership when we first got a 2008 Camry LE in January 2008. We then had to upgrade 6 months later to a 2008 Sienna LE and during this process, while a little difficult at first, we ultimately receive the service we expected. We got a great car at a good price. This dealership goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to service. It does not have any of the sterotypical car salesmen qualities that car salesman are know to have. More
