Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Difficulty in reaching anyone by phone or text. Service advisor and service manager unwilling to contact me to provide updates while my vehicle was Difficulty in reaching anyone by phone or text. Service advisor and service manager unwilling to contact me to provide updates while my vehicle was in for service. Multiple rework on items after maintenance and repairs have been performed. My car has been in the shop for over two months and corrections to repairs have still not been performed. General manager informed of my dissatisfaction and unwilling to contact me for resolution. Poor communication; poor performance; poor customer service. More
