My car was swerving to the right on the interstate when the breaks were applied. The service department did an analysis for $200, replaced an upper control arm for $600 and charged for an alignment. All the breaks were applied. The service department did an analysis for $200, replaced an upper control arm for $600 and charged for an alignment. All well and fine but when I went out of town on a trip this weekend the problem had not been resolved. It is very dangerous in dense traffic at interstate speeds. The lack of communication during the initial service call and after has been very unprofessional. I will never purchase a car from Southern Greenbrier again. More
