I had to wait an hour and a half for my car getting a B1 service. I had the appointment scheduled, this was not a walk in. After an hour of waiting, I went up and spoke with a service technician who confi service. I had the appointment scheduled, this was not a walk in. This is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership for basic service. In my opinion, the main problem is that they have combined their Honda and Acura service and can't handle the volume. I will never take my Acura MDX to be serviced here again. More
