Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. My salesman Joe Elliot went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was happy with my new vehicle purchase. He also made sure he went over all the options that came with my new 2024 Trax and that I understood them. He made sure I knew that I can reach out to him if I have any questions or concerns down the road. Winter in finance made the process of signing all the needed paperwork very easy. She went over everything in detail to make sure that I understood everything and all was what I had originally agreed to. She was very friendly and made the often tedious process of signing everything, a lot better. More

My sales person was helpful and created a nice experience overall. The dealership however was not the same experience. With this being my first time buying a car we had questions about paperwork and fees inc overall. The dealership however was not the same experience. With this being my first time buying a car we had questions about paperwork and fees included in the overall price. When we asked questions the finance person was short and rude to answer. I bought this car and the second day of having this car there was a rattle in the drive side door. I called and was told I could come in the same day and they would look at it. I brought it in and was told to bring it in Saturday for someone to look at it. I had to change my schedule to come in and get the door looked at just to come in and be told I had to come back again the following week. Overall this has been a frustrating experience with this dealership. More

The dealership and staff were very welcoming without pressure. I was able to look around without someone watching every move. JOE ELLIOT was our dealer. He was great! I believe I was treated fairly and the salesman worked with me well. He sat down and reviewed what I was looking for and searched out vehicles for me. There have been other dealerships where I have been t with me well. He sat down and reviewed what I was looking for and searched out vehicles for me. There have been other dealerships where I have been to where they were only interested in what they had in stock however buying a new vehicle can is stressful and shouldn't be taken lightly. Joe was patient and helped me get the truck I wanted instead of just trying to push me on what was there. More
