The wife suggested reconsidering the F-150 at Norris Ford because they were giving a $7000. discount bringing the truck of my interest to $28,000. At 4pm on Thursday March 21st I took the F-150 for a test drive and was somewhat content with the findings. At 6pm I showed up at Bob Bell and was inquiring about a previous internet conversation I had with Andrew Supa about transferring a Colorado 4X4 in from another dealership. As I began browsing the lot, I was met with (sales associate) Joe Evans. Mr. Evans invited me into the dealership to discuss locating the vehicle I wanted. I informed Joe that I had already done my homework and found several between the Eastern Shore and Pennsylvania. I simply said I'll give you a rough idea what I want and lets see what you can round up. Mr. Evans returned by saying, "tell me exactly what you want", "I'll get it here tomorrow". So I gave Joe the exacts, Joe made a phone call, talked to his manager and the truck I really wanted was on its way. I went home that evening and again did a little more homework to research that truck and calculate the financing just to cover my hyde. On Friday March 22nd at 6pm, I returned to Bob Bell and as I arrived, I noticed the truck I asked for was there, right out front and was exactly the one I wanted. This is the fifth vehicle I had purchased from Bob Bell in recent years. On March 22nd two awesome things happened, I purchased another really cool vehicle from Bob Bell via a top notch salesman and I didn't make the mistake of having to deal with the dreaded local Norris Ford dealership. At the conclusion of this truck deal, I again was tickled because the numbers I had crunched and calculated in the previous evenings were actually not as good as the deal the financing manager offered. The consultant Joe Evans was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in and showed me what I wanted, answered my questions and provided all the information to allow me to make a good decision. The other employee's Camille, David and the manager were very helpful also. All the employee's were very curtious , knowledgeable and not impatient at all. They waited long past the time they should have left work for my car to be finished to my satisfaction. They helped me get the best deal for the car with rebate allowances available. I feel they went above the normal procedures to help me with my purchase and I am very happy with my new car. I would recommend them to friends and family without a second thought. More

Joe Evans was my sales dealer for my 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. Joe made every effort...even gave me his cell phone number to call him on his day off to ensure there were no issues with my purchase. Every question I had, he answered. This is why I'm am writing this review. I wish more dealers were like this top notch individual. If I or any one of my friends decide to purchase another vehicle, Joe Evans would be on speed dial. NO JOKE! Thank you Joe for your honesty! More

I was absolutely dreading my first official car-buying experience. I found a great deal online for a Honda Element, and I suddenly had my heart set on it, but the thought of actually going to the dealersh experience. I found a great deal online for a Honda Element, and I suddenly had my heart set on it, but the thought of actually going to the dealership had me so nervous, I just didn't want a car at all anymore. All that changed, however, after working with Joe and Jared. I stopped by just to check out the car, and Joe helped me out; we set up an appointment to come back (with my parents, of course, because I had no idea what I was doing), and I already felt more comfortable. When I returned, Jared and Joe worked as a team to help us. The part I was REALLY dreading was the test drive, but Jared made it an easy experience. Spending hours at a car dealership on Saturday is probably not most people's idea of fun, but after walking away as the new owner of a Honda Element I realized that it can be a positive and enjoyable time... if you work with Joe and Jared! More

My husband and I had outgrown our Pontiac G6 with the birth of our little girl so we were looking for a new family car. We came across the Traverse. We had done A LOT of shopping for this particular car when I came upon the one at Bob Bell. We were very picky about all the things that we wanted on the car because they aren't cheap. This car had all the bells and whistles and then some that we were looking for and it was in our price range. I called to see if the car was still avaible and talked with Joe. We set up our appointment and Joe called to confirm. When we meet him he was very friendly and very thorough in his explanation of all the features. He was very patient with us and worked to get us the best deal possible. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. We did not leave with the feeling that we were just taken advantage of. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a new/used car. We were impressed not only with the car and Joe but also with the bellcare package. More

I have had a few automobles in my 40 years of driving, some new but most used. I was greeted upon entering with a smile and told someone will be with me shortly. In about three minutes I was introduced to Joe Evans. With a smile to relax me Mr. Evans asked how he may help me today. I explained I was just looking. Mr. Evans said that was fine and that he can answer any questions I may have. I thought for a moment and said to myself, I am going to give this guy a try. So, I asked Mr. Evans about his inventory. I was asked just a few questions that took less than 10 minutes, and I was on the lot looking at trucks, my first cholce. I choose one and I liked the way I had been treated so I called my wife and asked her to met me at Bob Bell Chevrolet on Kane Street. When my wife Charlotte arrived I excussed us and pulled her aside to tell her I liked the salesman and he showed us the truck. We gave Mr. Joe Evans our information to check our credit. We talked and agreed to look at cars, to find a new family car. My wife and I told Mr. Evans and he smiled and gave us a tour showing all our choices in a short time while answeing all our questons. We agreed on a 2012 Malibu. The price was in our range, right color and the test drive was good. Our Malibu was ready the next day per our request. We signed the papers and we were now 2012 Malibu owners. Most important to my wife and I was the joy in the feeling that for the first time in our lives we bought a car and felt that we were not ripped off. I came into Bob Bell expecting the worse, but then I was greeted by Mr. Evans and his personality made me feel at home instantly. I was looking for a new car and he explained all of the options I have and greeted by Mr. Evans and his personality made me feel at home instantly. So I am 5 months pregnant and currently have a 2004 Saturn Ion. I contacted Joe Evans who is a friend of mine and we used to work together at a PT job. I expressed my desire to own a small SUV that would be easier to get the baby in and out of! I also told him around what I would like to pay per month and he started researching. The first vehicle he spoke of was an Equinox that just came on the lot but upon inspection a day later found out that it wasn't as good as he had hoped, then he went and searched some more. Within a day he had found a 2006 Saturn Vue with only 54K miles on it. That same day he went and got the car himself from their other lot and had it waiting for me to test drive. This car is FULLY LOADED! Leather, heated seats, wood grain, onstar, XM radio, moon roof and a huge trunk with cargo space! It will be PERFECT for puting my little one in and their stoller and things in the trunk! So at this point all we were waiting for was approval for financing. Luckily we were able to obatin that the very next day! I got a great rate and the perfect payment amount for my budget! Joe was great and kept in contact with me the entire time! I know Joe personally however I know that he treats everyone like this, not just me because we are friends! I would HIGHLY recommend Joe and the team at Bob Bell Chevrolet to get exactly what you are looking for and friendly service at the same time! More

The only reason I could not recommend this dealer is because they are too pushy and not giving you time to chew their suggestions on your buying options.
