Born and Raised in Sioux Falls, SD, I now live here with my wife and daughter. I have spent the majority of my life in retail sales, with an emphasis on client and Business to Business relations. I have been in the car business for 4 years now with a focus on late model sales, however I also spend a good portion of my time with classic and specialty sales: assisting the company's long distance and international clients with their special needs purchases. Overall nothing I wouldn’t expect from another car dealership. They attempted to offer me Cars.com’s instant cash price but they were open to negotiating. This is a family owned and operated business, and they seem to take pride in offering well cared vehicles and letting the cars sell themselves. I found the salesman to be very engaged, honest, and accommodating. When I arrived at the dealership, he simply handed me the keys and told me to take my time inspecting the vehicle and taking it out on a test drive. No pressure and no hard sell. The dealership is also quite efficient on the back end, handling the transaction and paperwork. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've had at a dealership. Top notch operation, and I would purchase from them again. More
