Born and Raised in Sioux Falls, SD, I now live here with my wife and daughter. I have spent the majority of my life in retail sales, with an emphasis on client and Business to Business relations. I have been in the car business for 4 years now with a focus on late model sales, however I also spend a good portion of my time with classic and specialty sales: assisting the company's long distance and international clients with their special needs purchases. I live just over a thousand miles from the dealership. I had to rely on and put a lot of trust in Joe Frankman during the process of online purchasing of a vehicle ( my first online car purchase ) as you I had to rely on and put a lot of trust in Joe Frankman during the process of online purchasing of a vehicle ( my first online car purchase ) as you can imagine I was hesitant to purchase a car I had not put my hands on. Needless to say I really wanted more information about the car. Joe Frankman had no problem taking extra videos and going out of his way to get The information that I had requested. The entire process was very smooth and my car was delivered to my house very quickly. Im very happy with the entire experience as well as with the car purchase. If I find myself looking for another vehicle in the future I will definitely look at Frankman motors inventory first. More

Joe and Nate were fantastic. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do, but they made it painless. I was an out of state buyer, and they made the packet for my county clerk perfectly. I handed the clerk the premade envelope and they handed me my plate. Joe also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport and personally handed off the car after business hours. He was so kind and friendly, I just can’t recommend this team enough. 5 stars. More

Joe was a good salesman, great to work with, sincere and not pushy. The business office was willing to work with us and our FCU lender offer.
