Power Steering Failure I have a 2015 Buick lacrosse and I Purchased it in November 29, 2014. On December 23, 2018 my power steering failed and I was 24 days out of the facto I have a 2015 Buick lacrosse and I Purchased it in November 29, 2014. On December 23, 2018 my power steering failed and I was 24 days out of the factory bumper to bumper warranty, but I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my car. The warranty did not provide an up-to-date loaner as they usually do and they wanted to give me an aftermarket part, but my service writer fought with the warranty company and got the GM part and the Manager of the service department gave me a 2019 Buick encore as a loaner, instead of the 2015 Verano that had over 66,000 mile on the odometer. I was livid at first, but it all worked out in my favor and I only paid a $100 deductible. .i appreciate my service writer. He kept me informed every step of the way. More

Buick I was a half hour for the appointment and was told not to leave they would get me in. I took a day off work to bring my car in and was waiting 4.5 ho I was a half hour for the appointment and was told not to leave they would get me in. I took a day off work to bring my car in and was waiting 4.5 hours for my car. I told the Randy I had other appointments but his sense of Customer service was NOT existent! The straw that broke the camels back was the patching of my tire? They tore the tire putting it back on my car which caused another delay! The service experience was horrible! I will never buy another GM. car and my father is retired from GM! I had several appointments I had to reschedule because of the poor service! You lost a customer for life! More
