Don't Trust Their Certified Pre-Owned Cars. I found a pretty good deal on a car here and it was certified pre-owned. My first complaint is that the salesman had no idea this car had been in an accident. I found out when I was researching the car before purchasing. After purchasing the car, I noticed when i would get up to 50mph i would hear a noise in one of the wheel wells. It took me a month to get the car in because they were busy. Once i took the car in they notified me that two wheels were bent and the car needed an alignment (all of which I needed to pay for). The bottom line is that they sold me a certified pre-owned car with bent wheels and made me pay for it. If you purchase a car from this dealership I would get it inspected by a 3rd party mechanic. However, their service guys are very helpful and communicate well. More

Tire replacement I was unfortunate enough to hit a deep pothole and destroy both the drivers front and rear tires at 6:30 am. I called for Audi roadside assistance wh I was unfortunate enough to hit a deep pothole and destroy both the drivers front and rear tires at 6:30 am. I called for Audi roadside assistance who was able to retrieve my car with a flatbed truck and take it to Tom Wood Audi. The dealership contacted me when my car arrived and they were able to replace my tires the same day. I picked up my (now clean) car later in the afternoon. Great service with no hassle! More

Trouble with battery I bought a used Honda CRV and had a problem with the battery 2 days later.
