Chris Ryan, Joe Letorney, and Dave Spellman were very professional, knowledgeable and considerate during my visit to Coastal to trade and purchase a vehicle. I visited several VW dealers in MA last summe professional, knowledgeable and considerate during my visit to Coastal to trade and purchase a vehicle. I visited several VW dealers in MA last summer and the overall experience at that time was unpleasant. My experience at Coastal was great, I purchased a new Atlas, my brother and sister-in-law purchased a new Atlas a few hours after me, we all agreed that everyone at Coastal was friendly, welcoming, not super "salesy" and great to work with....refreshing when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you all....well done!!! More

I had difficulty with my Car net and had to bring the car in and Kevin in the service dept went out of his way to help. LIES LIES LIES & DAMNAGE 1800 miles driven & INCOMETANCE , THE OPPS MANAGER matt STATED HE DOES NOT CARE IF HIS GUYS DAMAGED MY CAR HEWILL NOT FIX. CAR WAS THERE FOR litterally a month drove twice w/Them t , THE OPPS MANAGER matt STATED HE DOES NOT CARE IF HIS GUYS DAMAGED MY CAR HEWILL NOT FIX. CAR WAS THERE FOR litterally a month drove twice w/Them to show issue & then told against there covid policy , I get home after being forced to leave in a car there staff (LEAD TECHNICIAN)said was unsafe & I get HOME TO RECALL letter dircetly relating to issue they cannot duplicate . apparently they cannot read either. I worked in dealerships for 10 years and luckily get to have an honest job helping people now but never saw anything like what they put me through. Almost Cost me my job and also damaged my rim , they could have simply said we cant fixx your car and we damaged your rim and we will fix the rim but you can bring it for a second opinion. This car is in a buyback case also. VW of Americxa says there is nothing they can do , which is surprising because that meraqns they can refuse to fix recalls and I would have to keep a broken car ( thats what I am doing currently anyway ) . Did I mention that I have sent over a half million deals to them in the last 4 years since I left QUIRK VW. RYAN SERVICE WRITER LIED IN TEXT AND CAR HAS BEEN THERE 15 times and only have records for 9 of the times. The VW REP is making his buyback decision whi8le there is an open recall and an unaddressed issue. If I had no previous relationship I feel like they would have actually fought fo5r the business but they figured they could screw with me do to maybe past in the auto industry but KEVIN service mansger is very condecending and confrontational, Matt Kittbriodge has no busineess even talking to customers and then RYAN was always great till he made the mistake of lying in a written text telling me I was coming in to drive with tech and duplicate issue for the 3rd time and I made hom aware I had to be in and out por it could hurt my career. Now I havew 4 VW in my driveway and cannot stand the thought of having them fixed and or worked on by any of the techs that cannot duplicate issues until the driver shows them and even then they do not fix. Still have not received an answer on why i had a loaner and they put 1800 miles on my car over a month if nothing was wrong with it. 0stars ICING ON CAKE IS THEN 45 minutes after leaving I started getting harassing text messages from an employee of theres. I have the entire conversation recorde3d and stated so very clearly and when if anyone listens to it KEVIN should be let go on the spot and I normally would not wish that type of harm on anyone even an enemy .
