I was surprised that we did not get a final walkthrough of the paperwork, the Volkwagen Certified process and how we get engaged with that. I also was disappointed we did not get the registration in time and my daughter got pulled over and plates confiscated in NH for unregistered vehicle. You would think that there would be some sort of 'I just bought this car' to tie to the registration transition process. More

Delivering on what was promised at purchase time. I was very pleased to bring my recently purchased car in to have a few things taken care of. My gas door was not properly closing upon purchase and a I was very pleased to bring my recently purchased car in to have a few things taken care of. My gas door was not properly closing upon purchase and a new one was ordered. Also, the inspection sticker had failed due to installing a new windshield (a certain number of miles needed to be driven in order for something to check out properly). Also, the "add windshield fluid" light had come on. I made an appt. to have all 3 of these details taken care of and was told it could take a couple of hours. I was pleasantly surprised that all was completed in less than 45 minutes. I was also pleased to see that safety precautions re:Covid were taken and all service personnel were wearing masks. There was a way to maintain social distance outside as well, with comfortable chairs and a picnic table. I was very pleased with my service and look forward to a good working relationship as I continue to drive my 2018 Tiguan. More
