During this most recent purchase we.were fortunate to work with Evan Cochrek as a salesperson. Evan was great, very professional and patient. He took me for several test drives to find the car that worked best for me and I never, ever felt pressured. Not what you typically hear about car salespeople. Evan was handling several customers during our time there and in between test drives so the Sales Manger, Joe Letorney, stepped up and made sure we were taken care of. I was very impressed by Joe's professionalism and willingness to step in and help out his sale staff. Evan helped us find a new Passat to replace our old Passat. We then had the pleasure of working with Amanda Cruz to secure financing. She was fantastic to work with and was able to match the rate that we had secured from our own bank to get the deal done. She was extremely professional and made us feel very comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend Coastal Volkswagen for your next car purchase, you won't be disappointed. More

They were very responsive and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. The vehicle was at their other location and Evan made sure to have it transported to be there for us to test drive it. We were immediately greeted by John when we arrived and he connected us with Evan who helped us in our search. We ended up leaving with a beautiful 2018 GT Passat for an amazing deal! They worked with us to get to a price we were comfortable with and even after the purchase offered to set time up to go through everything with our new car.
