Quick and accommodating. We had picked up our new car on Sunday, the service department was not open, but our salesperson wanted us to have the full new car experience. We had to bring to car back for a sealant and detailing , sling Roth the inspection sticker. We live quite a distance from dealership so we could not do this during work week. On Tuesday we received a recall notice for our other car. I called the next day and they were able to schedule us at the same time. Yay Although we had planned for a loaner car, we did not need it, my car was done in 10 minutes. We came back Two hours later to pick up other car that was waiting for us. Well on Wednesday we discovered No Inspection Sticker. Well I don’t think the 120 mile round trip would be worth it for an inspection sticker. We called Kris our sales person and before I could say ... He came up with a satisfactory plan of action. I should be upset but because it was handled properly I am not. More
