I worked with Harry and Joe on leasing a new Tiguan base model. They were extremely helpful and made the process very smooth. I really enjoy my new car and I'm glad I got to work with them! I came to the dealership fully prepared to buy a Volkswagen. We were in the mitts of coming to an agreement on price with Joe the manager came over and said actually the one car is $1300 more than a Volkswagen. We were in the mitts of coming to an agreement on price with Joe the manager came over and said actually the one car is $1300 more than advertised and the other car was $1700 over advertised price. There was no intent on honoring The price instead he just said that there was a clerical mistake and that was the new price. This dealership is completely unorganized. Buyer beware More

Worst experience ever buying a new vehicle from Coastal! Stay away from this dealership. They add in additional charges as dealer installed but never reveal or disclose until after signing. Bought a pre owned vehicle from Coastal. It was a pleasant process- everyone I spoke to was very kind and friendly.
