Super people, knowledgeable, zero pressure, no hassle, not your typical auto dealer, responsive even after sale. Were looking for a second car, used with strict budget and they treated us as if we were bu not your typical auto dealer, responsive even after sale. Were looking for a second car, used with strict budget and they treated us as if we were buying top of line new vehicle. Listened and contacted us one week after initial visit when "the right car" became available. Lance Ward obviously listened to us as the low mileage 2007 Passat 1.8T SE he showed us fit the bill so we bought it. Very impressed with Lance's professional approach, attention to detail and follow up! Sales Mgr Joe Leorney and Finance Mgr Dave Dave Stellman equally supportive and great to work with. So glad we dropped in on Coastal Volkswagen unannounced. Looking forward asking them to service our Passat going forward. More

Lance Ward , Senior Client Advisor was very quick in contacting me about the arrival of a brand new Jetta--exactly what I wanted. Was sold a car with no title. Had to undo purchase, loan, insurance, etc. Poor follow up from manager. They didnt care. Bad experience.
