Guy greeted us and brought us to what we wanted. there was no up-selling, just people working to make a deal but with no pressure. the price on the car was very good but it was the non-pressure and kind atmosphere that really won us over (and of course the car). they even focused attention on our 3 yr old daughter who was getting antsy but by providing her balloons and pictures she was very happy. we have been in many dealerships where people are nice but not knowledgeable or just sit and show you the same website that you looked at before going in - these guys know their inventory and the details about each car. More

My experience with Prestige was friendly and personable I was referred to Prestige by a few friends and heard good reviews about the place. Since I was a first time buyer I didn’t know what to expect. Pulli I was referred to Prestige by a few friends and heard good reviews about the place. Since I was a first time buyer I didn’t know what to expect. Pulling up to the location and quickly browsing at nearby cars on the lot, Shawn approached me and my friend in a professional manner and was focused on the exact car I wanted. He worked well with my pickiness and allowed me to test drive a few cars until I found the one I wanted. The sales manager made it clear that he wanted me to be comfortable with the price of the car. The final steps included the finance manager. Leslie explained everything in detail and made sure she got the lowest interest rate possible for my loan. Overall, I would recommend Prestige to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Meh place and very pricey on cars unfortunately my sales men had a very little experience to start , made a simple trade becoming very complicated and after that he end up damaging the unfortunately my sales men had a very little experience to start , made a simple trade becoming very complicated and after that he end up damaging the car when attaching the plates to the new car , then with the paper work Leslie ( Finance ) did a terrible job , she did the paper work for her only convenience when it wasn't what I had request , all that just to get approved by the bank and get the sale done .. not to mention that a 2016 only had one key and I end up paying extra for a second key from my pocket . Service department are very nice people but they never call you when parts arrive . One thing I want to say very positive on this is for the guy that made my trade be worth it. He did a awesome job trying to get me all that I need and explaining to me all the stuff , I apologize but I forgot his name unfortunately . If wasn't him I would've give 1 start to this place . More
