After a very disappointing experience in their service center about a year ago, Cole from their service department restored faith into me and my wife. So, when I was looking around to purchase a new Truck, I figured I would cruise into the dealership and see if any of their was anyone that would be willing to work with us. To my surprise, Joe Murphy was immediately willing to take the time to answer a couple of critical questions. However, what made me shocked was Joe's ability to calmly listen to my questions and then recommend a solution and a truck that met my family's unique needs. WOW! He really cared about us as people! The facilities are first rate...love the popcorn and free pop. After bringing in our 2004 F-150 for service after the first big snow of the year, we decided to trade up to a 2012 F-150. We got a great price on our trade in and an even better price on the new vehicle. Between the service staff and the sales staff, I rate this team as top notch. Don't go anywhere else in the Twin Cities for a new vehicle. We recommend this team of dealerships to anyone. More
