We were traveling to Florida from Harriman tn and had brake problems. We stopped by and they took us right in. They even gave us valet service to a restaurant downtown. Had an appointment made a week ahead of time. Dropped off truck at 7:45 am. Technicians did not even look at truck until almost 4:00pm and only after I had sent Jose several messages. Was quoted about half this price by another Ford dealership the next day. More
