Further of note, there was no frustration filling out paperwork, the team worked it out perfectly. Our sales representative was Alex Acevedo. He communicated on experience in addition he explained XC90 features and price. Alex and the team at Volvo of Bonita Springs have unique value and we received the shopping experience that we desire. I was amazed at t The sales team at Volvo of Bonita Springs is amazing. I simply came in to look at the new XC90 at the suggestion of a family member. I was amazed at the level of service I received from the team. I was warmly greeted by nearly every member of the team. Kyle Benz went above and beyond to answer all the question I had and it never seemed rushed or pressured. Next thing I know I'm trading in my Lexus GX460. I have purchased several luxury vehicles over the years and have never had a better experience. Kyle Benz was a true professional from beginning to end. We were treated like family from Mr. Parisi's entire team. I would highly recommend Volvo of Bonita Springs to anyone and actually already have to 2 people. Thank you and I am blown away! More

Not your typical car dealership/salesman I usually don't post reviews online but felt the need to do so due to how we were treated at Volvo of Bonita Springs and especially Harry Peek our sal I usually don't post reviews online but felt the need to do so due to how we were treated at Volvo of Bonita Springs and especially Harry Peek our salesman. From the moment we got there Harry treated us with respect and made the whole process painless and fun. There was none of the usually dealership gimmicks to get you pay as much as possible for your vehicle. The owner Joe Parisi stopped by to chat with us a couple times and we could tell he was genuine and down to earth making us feel like old friends. Very Happy I did business here. Ok, I admit I don't often trust all car dealers to give me all the facts when I am trying to find the right car. However my experience with David Cruz (Sales) and Joe the owner was so favorable that I felt I needed to share it with anyone considering a car purchase. First, David Cruz is a straight shooting down to earth good guy who I highly recommend. Further his boss Joe the Sales Manager and Joe the owner are equally great and fair to work with. You just get a great feeling working with their whole team. Lastly it had many years since I driven a Volvo but I am so very pleased with it performance and quality I love it. My car is under warranty, battery light constant rough idle My volvo is under warranty. Battery light keeps coming on, rough idle. Brought the car in 4 times. Poor communication. Took car in for service early in the am and was told possibly would have car back baring any unforeseen trouble within 2-3 hours. I called after 6 ho Took car in for service early in the am and was told possibly would have car back baring any unforeseen trouble within 2-3 hours. I called after 6 hours without any call from service department alerting me to issues and was told that I would be called by 4:30 at least a hour before service department closed to inform me if car would need to left overnight. No call at 4:30 so I drove to dealership as I needed wheelchair for morning appointment and then waited another hour for my care to be washed. A previous visit to dealership I was offered free car wash and was told it would take a few minutes and again I waited one hour for my car. After informing Joe Parisi and another gentleman of my former experience both truly did not seem to care and shrugged their shoulders. P.S. Service department made a follow-up call to inquire regarding their service and I was unavailable but called back and have yet to receive a return call. I have been a longtime Volvo owner but will never use this dealership nor recommend them but will make sure if asked others will be made aware of their poor communication skills. More
