I had never been to the RALEIGH location before but we met Joe People’s immediately after walking in and after just a few minutes, I could tell he was going to be great to work with. Joe helped my wife and I sort through various car options, we test drove 4 cars, and he patiently answered every question we had. Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the car industry and various makes/models we discussed. He made the entire experience great with no pressure at all. We will give him many referrals. Regarding pricing, everything is up front - no haggling as they clearly show you everything and promise the lowest price. I highly recommend you visit Joe if you’re interested in a used car and want excellent customer service. More
