Although it was a long drive to get there (2 hrs) we couldn’t be more happier with our experience from our initial contact with Sales Consultant Tyler Biffer to when we walked in the door and met the pleasant girl behind the main entrance desk. Also dealing with the Sales Manager Joe Pitingolo and Ron Belson their Business Manager, all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Their customer service didn’t end with just the sale. It continued going forward with Mr. Brandon Brown, their Fixed Operations Manager. With the help of all these exceptional employees we were confident in our purchase and will be passing on our positive experience to family and friends and look forward to doing business with them in the future. The salesman (Kyle Benz) and the management (Joe Pitingolo) dealt with this problem straightforward, their goal was to be sure and we were satisfied. And I feel they went out of their way to see that we were satisfied with the purchase. So I would recommend shopping at his dealership first if you're looking for a new or used Volvo. More

Pleased with my purchase and experience I purchased a previously owned Cadillac CTS which appeared to be in excellent condition, the car was sold with a 60 day 2000 mile warranty included. A I purchased a previously owned Cadillac CTS which appeared to be in excellent condition, the car was sold with a 60 day 2000 mile warranty included. After the purchase I had the car checked over and found there was an issue with the engine; the next day I called my salesman and was told to bring the car back and they would see what they could do to remedy the issue. The issue was resolved and I feel I have a very nice car, for a very fair price, that will last for many years. I was pleasantly surprised at how willing everyone was to correct the problem with as little inconvenience as possible for me. All in all it was a GOOD experience! More

My 1st car purchase in 30+ years that I've actually enjoyed Short version: Absolutely perfect buying experience. Great car (used Lexus RX350), great price, great sales staff (Harry Peek, Tyler Biffer, Sales Manager Joe Potingolo) and great used car manager Ken Burkart who prepped the car for us much better than he actually had to. Would recommend them whole-heartedly and without any hesitation. Long Version: Do you hate pushy car dealerships? Do you hate ethically-challenged dealerships? Yeah, me too. Buying a car is usually one of my least favorite activities. That was until last month when my wife and I walked onto the lot at Volvo Cars of Naples. That's the day my opinion about car dealerships changed. First, you walk into the dealership and it's like walking into a comfortable Scandinavian home. They're playing great music over the sound system. Even if you're not buying a car, stop by, go in, sit down on the comfy living room furniture, pour yourself a free cappuccino, and listen to Pink Floyd. That's a very pleasing environment. Like I said, just go enjoy the space, even if you're not yet in the market for a car. Go make friends with the great people there. Guys like Harry Peek, a super-sweet young man from Florida's east coast, or young Tyler Biffer from upper Westchester county in New York, or sales manager Joe Potingolo from Ohio. These are young, smart, pleasant gentlemen. They aren't pushy, they are just friendly and hospitable. Make friends with these great guys. They'll reward that friendship someday when you're in the market for a car. So my wife and I had already been shopping for a used (2014-2015) Lexus RX350 for about a month before finding our way over to this dealership. We had been working with the 2 Lexus dealerships here in SW Florida. We had found very nice salesmen at both locations and between them, we had probably looked at and test-driven 15-20 different RX350's. They were all nice cars, but they were priced very high (even when considering that some of them were CPO), and after 2 of our very reasonable offers were rejected, we decided that it was time to look at non-Lexus dealerships to try to find our car. We used some of the 3rd party car sites and we found a very attractive 2014 RX350 at Volvo Cars of Naples. We drove over for a test drive. The car was quite nice - not perfect, but very nice. There were some cosmetic issues (a damaged steering wheel, scratches and small dents in the rear bumper). We took the car for a test dive and it drove very well (as well as the CPO cars we had test driven at the Lexus dealerships). Now I'm a mechanical/industrial engineer and I am very aware of the condition of mechanical equipment. I had done some research on reliability issues related to the RX350 line and uncovered an issue with some cars developing serious oil leaks at the oil cooler (and the connecting hoses). So I crawled under the front of the vehicle with a flashlight to look for the telltale signs of this oil leak problem. This is when I first realized we were dealing with a different species of car dealership. When the dealership staff saw me under the front of the car in the parking lot, they made the offer to put the car up on a lift for me so that I could thoroughly inspect the entire underside. They put the car up on the lift, handed me a flashlight, and let me go over the entire underside. That in itself was incredible. I hadn't asked for this accommodation - they simply offered it without me even having to ask. They wanted me to have the full benefit of inspecting the mechanical condition of the car with my own eyes. That is truly unheard of. The car checked out perfectly. Despite having 37,000 miles on the odometer, the mechanical condition of the car was "like new". WOW ! So my wife and I decided we liked the car more than any of the 15-20 cars we had seen at the 2 Lexus dealerships (and we liked the price). We made a very reasonable offer and they accepted it. No back-and-forth haggling (which is an insulting process that we hate). We offered a fair price and they accepted it. Simple and done. So here's where the story gets even more incredible. We asked them to either replace the damaged steering wheel, or repair it. They brought in a specialist and they were able to perform an excellent repair on the steering wheel. Super job. But we never specified that they had to repair the damage to the rear bumper - we had made the offer only with the stipulation of the steering wheel repair. At that point they had no other obligation to us. We had agreed on a price and they had made the one repair requirement we had requested. "Fair Dinkum" as they say in Australia. So we head over to the dealership to finalize the deal and take delivery of the car. When we arrive, they greet us with something that absolutely blew our minds. Without us ever asking for it (and under no obligation to do so) they had paid to have the rear bumper repaired and repainted for us. It looked absolutely brand new. WHO DOES THAT ?!?!?! Well, the guy who did that was used car manager Ken Burkart. He wanted our car to look as good as he could possibly make it for us. We were absolutely delighted. I've never been so happy and satisfied taking delivery of a car in my life. Pink Floyd's classic song "Wish You Were Here" was playing in the dealership and I grabbed poor Tyler and forced him to sing along with me: "Did they get you to trade Your heroes for ghosts? Hot ashes for trees? Hot air for a cool breeze . . . . " I've never sung a song out loud in a car dealership before. Who would do that? Well, the answer is "a completely happy and satisfied customer" would. That's what I am. Great job guys. Truly awesome. More

From the moment we got there Harry treated us with respect and made the whole process painless and fun. There was none of the usually dealership gimmicks to get you pay as much as possible for your vehicle. The owner Joe Parisi stopped by to chat with us a couple times and we could tell he was genuine and down to earth making us feel like old friends.
