Exhaust system, alternator, serpentine belt, pulleys, hardwa The exhaust system was replaced with a aftermarket exhaust system due to the disparity in the price of a factory exhaust system. One year warranty on The exhaust system was replaced with a aftermarket exhaust system due to the disparity in the price of a factory exhaust system. One year warranty on the after market exhaust would be honored - But Not the labor. What the heck. You offer a so called quality aftermarket item, yet jip the customer on the potential labor. Lame. The alternator was overpriced, serpentine belt was also overpriced, and all the hard ware was expensive as well. Had to to pay $2,441.00 in Cash. Both of us are unemployed and when we asked for a simple one time gratis oil change so as to help us somewhat financially, the service manager gave us a hard time. We are very loyal customers to Toyota, and we will continue to be, but nickel and diming on a $35.00 oil change after paying $2, 500.00 Bill is not a good practice to engage in. More

Not good. The service department employees were unfriendly, unsmiling, not happy to be there and looked right through you. I would go anywhere else but there. They all acted like the customer was completely unimportant and insignificant. This service department needs work. More
