They offered a 10 day hold on check to pay the car in full so we could transfer money into our account then tried to cash it immediately. the check obviously bounced causing late charges and upset. Called to get an explanation and never heard from them. Customer service is non existent. Once they get your money they don’t care how they treat you. Shop at another dealer. More

The salesman was helpful but he told me it would be detailed and we are still finding trash in pockets. He also said they wouldn't remove anything when I looked at it and there were no mats when I brou detailed and we are still finding trash in pockets. They also were 'unsure' of the interest rate and said the standard was 8% and when I finally saw my terms when I got home it was 9.44. When I brought up the detailing he said I g eat a free oil change and I'll get car wash coupons. That's not the same. I don't even really trust them after the dumb things they kept from me already. Not super trustworthy. And they have horrible reviews. Sounds like they need to up the integrity and actually do what they say they're gonna do. More

Tahir started off well. I was clear that I needed to stick to my parents insurance and he told me it wouldn’t be a problem even though my dad was not there and not on the le I was clear that I needed to stick to my parents insurance and he told me it wouldn’t be a problem even though my dad was not there and not on the lease since we lived in the same house. I trusted him and I lost my family discount on my insurance even though he told me it wouldn’t be a problem. I tried texting him, calling him, calling Andre, calling the sales manager Joe and no one got back to for over 2 weeks. Give or take 20 calls and I even called with a person from corporate. They treated her the same and she saw my issues. We have a ticket open and you can listen to the recording. I went into the office to try and have a conversation with Tahir last Friday. He was with a customer and I waited patiently for hours which was not a problem. Once he was free he didn’t see I wasn’t around and he spoke poorly about me. I asked him to have a civil conversation and instead he raised his voice in the middle of the sales floor, got close to me and said very loudly that I wasn’t his problem anymore and I needed to get my own insurance without his help. Instead of allowing it to escalate further I walked out of the office. I also tried calling the manager the next day but his VM is full and no one has reached out to me even though Joe told me he would. It’s been a poor experience and the perfect example of selling and forgetting about a customer. 0/10 experience. More
