I was happy with my vehicle purchase but the vehicle was advertised with 1 year sirius radio for free and this was not honored at the dealership. They claim that this option was with the NEW car purchase and I purchased the vehicle used so this was not honored although it was on the advertisement sticker and listed online. This was unacceptable to me. More

Hyman Bros Midlothian Experience I was referred to Hyman Bros (Midlothian) and, in particular, Joe Taylor by my fiance. Joe was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Thomas H I was referred to Hyman Bros (Midlothian) and, in particular, Joe Taylor by my fiance. Joe was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Thomas Hyman was also very friendly and helpful. I purchased the third car I looked at, after the other two were sold before I could decide on them. I believe it ultimately worked out for the best anyway. Through it all, I believe I have found a dealership I can trust. I have 3 teenage sons, and three younger daughters, so I will be in the market for many more cars, and although time will tell, I feel comfortable saying right now, that I plan on buying my future cars from Hyman Bros and Joe Taylor. More

They had the right car and it tested well because Joe Murphy prepared it well. Joe dealt with us fairly and with knowledge of the car. Although the negotiated price was not "great" it was acceptable. I had made contact on Friday the 7th via the internet with questions and I visited Hyman bros on 03/08/14 to test drive and inspect a 2010 CTS. I had made contact on Friday the 7th via the internet with questions and concerns regarding the vehicle and received a response back quickly from Joe Taylor with answers to my questions. One of my concerns was being the vehicle originally was titled in NY, I worried about the under carriage and rust with NY winters. Joe re-assured me the car was okay and had the car on a lift and ready for a visual inspection at the 10 am appt. After the inspection came the test drive, and then ultimately the purchase. Throughout the purchase process, Joe was courteous, respectable, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle and it's components. He communicated very well each step of the process we went thru made sure I understood each and was comfortable with my decisions and answered any additional questions I might of had. The whole process was painless, enjoyable and the wait time was minimal between filling out the paper work, getting thru the financing and driving my dream car off the lot and to its new home!. More
