Better than normal experience I found a couple cars online at Hyman Bros and communicated via email with Joe Taylor. I arranged a time and Joe arranged to have one of the cars brought over from Hyman’s Mitsubishi dealership so that I could see both vehicles. I knew what my trade was worth. Once deciding on a 2016 BMW 435xi and a little bit of back and forth with GQ, the manager, we found ourselves about $1,000 off. In short time, GQ worked it out and we had a deal. Roger in the finance area was great, no pressure on add on warranties or upsells. Overall it was a really good experience- my one complaint would be with the detail team. I spent the first day after buying cleaning the car properly. Clearly the previous owner had a dog and I spent today re-vacuuming and wiping down the interior from dog hair that was missed. I also had to have them touch up a scratch that was sloppily done the first time. Hyman has a nice inventory of cars. Even though I traditionally am not a fan of “no hassle pricing” because I tend to find those prices are slightly higher than what I can find elsewhere, I found them willing to move a little on my trade value to get to the right price point. Still took a little longer than I think a car deal should but overall I was in and out in about four hours total which included test drives, getting my trade appraised, negotiating the deal and doing the paperwork. I’m also in the market for a SUV and I’ll definitely be looking at Hyman’s website for new inventory. I won’t hesitate to call Joe should I find something I’m wanting to look at More

We were looking for a totally different vehicle the day we were there, and never would have found the one we purchased if it weren't for Joe. He was ready and willing to help us find what we needed and wanted. Unfortunately, we went over budget, BUT we did find a 2013 with only 4,300 miles! How does that even happen? More
