I purchased 2 cars from Blasius Mitsubishi at the same time and traded in my old car. I did feel that they took advantage that I had told them it was a very busy time for me. (I am a tax accountant). They refused to offer me the KBB trade in value for my car, instead only offering the cash back value. They add in all extra charges and tried to provide astronomical rates for the financing. They love to waste your time too. Telling me the cars would be ready then making me wait 2 hours. (I live 6 minutes away from the dealership). Once the deals were done my daughter and I drove off with the cars. Admittedly, I should have done better research and review of the cars. I was so pressed for time and they'd made me wait 2 hours already. The 2019 Buick only has 1 broken key fob (which I texted the salesperson to ask about and got no answer), it has bubbles in the dash material which were not there on the initial test drive and I received a notice that emissions was due within 10 days of my purchase. The 2023 Jeep Sahara, I've just come to notice has 2 unrepaired URGENT recalls dating back to 2025 that are at high risk for fire damage when parked. More

I had a great experience at Blasius Mitsubishi in Brookfield. The truck was fairly priced, I received a reasonable value for my trade, and the entire process – from arrival to driving off – took abou Brookfield. The truck was fairly priced, I received a reasonable value for my trade, and the entire process – from arrival to driving off – took about three hours. Joe was responsive and helpful from the start, quickly sending a walkaround video, vehicle history, and financing link so I could come in prepared. As long as I liked the truck, I knew I was buying it – and I did. My only constructive criticism is that the vehicle came with just one key. Given how common this is, it would’ve been helpful if the dealership handled programming a second key rather than leaving that to a buyer. Overall, Joe was personable, patient, and easy to work with, which made the experience much more comfortable. A few weeks later, I still love the truck and feel great about the purchase. More

Joe did an amazing job getting us into a quality used vehicle. His ability to get things done in a timely manner keeping things moving allowing us to go through the process and have all our concerns add vehicle. His ability to get things done in a timely manner keeping things moving allowing us to go through the process and have all our concerns addressed. The service department and detail crew did a great job as well. Maybe I'm spoiled but the dealership although the people were friendly, courteous and professional lacked in some of the amenities that are found in other dealerships. More

I honestly can’t say enough on how great my experience was purchasing my new vehicle. Everyone I dealt with there was outstanding! Vin, Spencer, Max, Joe and Celine.
