I recently purchased a vehicle from World Subaru and wanted to write and comment on the experience. We were looking for a do-all vehicle that would be serviceable for a number of years and appropriate for both me and my wife to drive. Patrick went out of his way to understand our needs and to make sure that they were met. We looked at several new Subaru Outbacks and Foresters, all worthy candidates, but were also interested in a 2008 BMW X3 that had come into the dealership as a lease return. This now involved Mike Lamazzo, your sales manager, who worked with Patrick to create offers on several new and used vehicles that would give us a range of purchase options. Although we had come in that Saturday morning just to look at cars, we were so impressed with the courtesy and interest that Patrick, Mike, and Joe Wjada showed in our automotive needs, that we were able to come to a purchase agreement that same day. Six weeks later, we couldn’t be happier with our choice and feel that World Subaru was not only interested in making the sale, but in building a long-term customer relationship. We look forward to this same courtesy and concern from World Subaru for many years to come. More
