They found the rotors had high spots and rust and replaced them and sanded the rotors for free even though brakes made specs for a Certified vehicle when purchased. More

Best Car buying experience ever Typically buying a car especially a large HD truck can be a huge undertaking, but not at World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. Joe W the General Manager and Brianna our sales girl were extremely professional and awesome to work with. Brianna was excellent and had prepared most of the paperwork ahead of time. I actually found the truck I wanted at another dealers lot and they did all the leg work and brought the truck over from the lot and had it fully ready to go when I got there. Brianna sent me all the credit app paperwork via email so when I got to the dealer we were all set. My purchase involved a trade so they gave excellent value for my trade and all we really had to do was fill out some paperwork. Kristin the Finance Manger was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They all made the whole process extremely enjoyable. I commented to my wife that this was the fastest and least hassle we have ever had a car dealership. On top of the great service we received I got a great truck a brand new beautiful Ram HD2500 which is awesome. I would definitely recommend Brianna as the girl to see about a car or truck and definitely recommend World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram as the place to go to buy or lease a new car or truck. More

Horrible service So done with this place don't come here!!! came for oil change part of the program that comes when you buy a car from here is the VIP Service first he So done with this place don't come here!!! came for oil change part of the program that comes when you buy a car from here is the VIP Service first he try's to say that I need to pay for a 28 point inspection and I need to pay for a tire rotation because I have 15367 ml then I inform him that I'm not even paying for the free oil change or any of the rest of listed below he tells me I don't really need it anyway 😠again I then inform him that it's part of the program that I'm sure I paid for somewhere in the coast of my jeep he rolls his eyes 👀 so now I ask how long it will be he says 1hr1/2 I then ask for a loner car to come back his response we don't have loners 😤 so someone please tell me how you can offer a service to people and 1. Lie about the customer having VIP Service and trying to make the costumer pay 2. Telling the customer you need a service and pay for it then the customer shows he doesn't pay for it tells me I don't need it 3.offer a loner car tell customer they don't have loner cars 4. This is the best one this is a jeep dealer and they don't have the socket to take off the lock lug for the wheel to rotate the tires so customer has go back in the shop have them lower my keeps so I can give them mine More
