They registered the car to the wrong person, which we went over in detail (my wi This is the most terrible dealership I've ever dealt with in my life. They registered the car to the wrong person, which we went over in detail (my wife instead of me), they gave our plates to the WRONG PERSON when they came in (some.other random customer), then refused to return phone calls about the situation until finally I had to show up in person. After they told me that I couldn't talk to a manager or the owner because they just weren't there (so apparently there is no one running this place), it took them 10 minutes to solve my problem after refusing to speak to me or returning my calls for 3 days. The "VIP" service is a joke. They give you a special convenience fob to make things easier, but the employees don't even know how to use the technology. I showed the service desk secretary the fob, and he looked at it like it was alien technology. Even though it has the jeep world logo on it, he told me they didnt have the capability to use it, without even asking someone else. So, i then decided to talk to someone one on the sales floor. They pretty much blew me off and told me "that guy is new," like that's an excuse. Terrible experience, we will never buy from them again. More

Car of my dreams I dealt with Lou while purchasing my Jeep. He was down to earth and nice. I got the deal I wanted (for the most part) and was happy with my purchase i I dealt with Lou while purchasing my Jeep. He was down to earth and nice. I got the deal I wanted (for the most part) and was happy with my purchase in the end. My only complaint was that he had to leave by a certain time so he was rushing us along towards the end. I was getting extremely annoyed because of that. I felt his anxiousness to leave and thought it was rude, and it made me want to leave. While there they had pizza, so we were able to eat which was nice since it was a long day waiting for everything to happen. Joe Wajda, one of the managers I believe, was friendly. They got me rubber car mats instead of fabric and immediately took care of the tire balancing issue we experienced on the road test. Overall everyone was friendly that I dealt with, and I would do business there again. I would just make sure whomever I dealt with did not have to leave early, as this is a big financial purchase and being rushed is not something I want to feel again. More
