Our local Ford dealer couldn’t get our Escape in until next week Thursday—Napleton had us an appointment the next day. The Service Dept. was very nice. We picked up our Escape yesterday—all is perfect. Ou next week Thursday—Napleton had us an appointment the next day. The Service Dept. was very nice. We picked up our Escape yesterday—all is perfect. Our hard starting after fueling is gone and the tech found other regular service we needed to have done on our Escape. Even though it was costly for all maintenance—considering we have owned this 2016 Escape for about 4 years—other than tires and front brakes—we have had no issues until the hard to start after fueling. We are very happy with Columbus Napleton Ford for their getting us in quick and doing all our service needs. Even though Napleton Ford Columbus is a town away—we are considering this Ford dealer as our go to car service needs for both our Ford Escapes. More
