During my recent visit I arrived at my scheduled time and drove into the service bay to find that no one was around. I entered one of the service reps offices and before I was even able to ask a question I w drove into the service bay to find that no one was around. I entered one of the service reps offices and before I was even able to ask a question I was curtly told by Kelli H. to go get back in my car and wait there until someone comes and speaks to me. There are no signs that say what to do and there were no people in the bay to give me any instructions. I don’t appreciate being yelled at and I considered for a moment asking for a manager. In the end, I got a different rep who was able to service me well and the repairs done on my vehicle were done well. Someone needs to talk to Kelli about what excellent customer service is all about. There is no excuse for her behavior. I will really consider this event the next time I think about where I want to buy a vehicle from. More
