Bad customer service I went to Hilside Honda three days ago and bought a Brand New accord car. But the probelm is the Finance manager charged me for unnecessary warranties I went to Hilside Honda three days ago and bought a Brand New accord car. But the probelm is the Finance manager charged me for unnecessary warranties and services that almost cost me more than $5000. This is my first time buying a car so I didn't have that much experience about car dealers. Account manager didn't go through about the price of all warranties and services and he said there is no extra money for these things.My big mistake was I didn't check my bills and did sign it. Next day I tried to cancel my unnecessary policies but that finance manager, sales person and general manager keep saying they won't cancel these polices and I have to call my insurance policy and cancel out all these Warenties. Insurance company saying they are not able to cancel these policies before 60-90 days. So I am loosing my money here. So be careful with hillside Honda. I will never recommended anyone to go there. More

Wonderful and AWSOME! If you are in the market for a Honda, Hillside Honda is the place for you! I was assisted by Maya who was totally AWSOME to work with.
