Dealer refused to fix my safety recall because they have a stop sale order on their new trucks. Dealer lied and said manufacturer makes them repair unsold inventory first. Really disappointed. I’ve been a long-time customer, and clearly that loyalty means nothing to this team. They can’t seem to retain employees, which speaks volumes about I’ve been a long-time customer, and clearly that loyalty means nothing to this team. There’s little to no follow-up, you have to chase them for updates, and it takes 5+ days just to diagnose a vehicle. I won’t be spending another penny here. More

Called ahead in regards to a truck listed on there website as clean and well maintained. I drove an hour and half to look at it and told when I arrived the truck needs a significant amount of work. I get a half apology from the worker and told to kick rocks. I would avoid working with this dealer at all costs. Wasted not only my time and money but half a day.
