Dealerships could learn from Two Rivers Ford My wife and I spent two hours at a dealership this morning just trying to make the deal. No luck. It was very frustrating. We had seen an Escape at Tw My wife and I spent two hours at a dealership this morning just trying to make the deal. No luck. It was very frustrating. We had seen an Escape at Two Rivers like the one we tried to buy earlier. I made an appointment from the website and submitted a credit app. When we got there Abe was there to greet us and helped us learn about the car. He made sure we had a good test drive to make sure we liked the ride and everything was right with the car. I told him what I wanted for my trade and in 15 minutes the deal was done, and I saved a ton. Reggie in finance was pleasant and has a good sense of humor. He made committing to monthly payments almost pleasant. Abe took care of the cleanup and filled it with gas. Old school service right there. I definitely will buy another car there and will give there service a shot, even if it is 25 miles away. More

The entire process was conducted over phone and email, and Joel was patient every step of the way, answering all my questions, and drawing up the contract quickly and accurately. Fair business practices and fair price makes for one happy repeat customer. I will recommend for anyone that needs to purchase extended premium warranty for their FORD vehicles. More

Outstanding! Will definitely be a repeat customer. I recently had a terrible experience at a Ford dealership in Springfield. I almost gave up on Ford and was ready to right the entire company off. I thought however to give Ford another shot as I really had my eye on an Explorer to tow behind my motorhome. I went to Two Rivers and my confidence in Ford has been restored. Not only will I continue to do business here but would highly recommend these folks to both my family and friends! Frank was diligent in working to get the deal done in a fair manner and even followed the sale up with a friendly phone call to ensure all was well. The Greatest Experience I Have Ever Had If you live in the State of TN, and are looking to buy a new Ford Vehicle and you do not go to Two Rivers Ford, there is something wrong with you. I r If you live in the State of TN, and are looking to buy a new Ford Vehicle and you do not go to Two Rivers Ford, there is something wrong with you. I recently moved here from Detroit MI and my leased vehicle that I got in Michigan was due and I had to act fast. Ford of Franklin was the first place I checked out and it was absolute garbage. Tacky sales guys, hour long waits to get answers to simple questions. Their pricing also sucks. Words cannot explain the frustration I went through at Ford dealership in Franklin. I was getting run around and screwed, not only financially with the deal I was offered, but with my time. I spent two days at Ford of Franklin with ZERO results. Thank God I found Frank Snipes and Two Rivers Ford. Frank was outstanding. I actually got tired of seeing the guy! I was at Two Rivers Ford for about 4 hours on a Saturday. He came into the lounge area at least every 10 minutes with an update (as opposed to the other dealerships where I had to wait hours). This man was on the ball. And the rest of the staff, extremely friendly that stirred genuine conversations about life, family, politics, and our shared experiences being in sales. This helped the time move by pleasantly. I enjoyed every minute of being in that building and the drive was worth it. Frank was professional and you can tell he is a dedicated individual (I believe he has been there for about 20 years). He is also hilarious. We shared some good-time conversations that I won't mention on here! The man cares and if you are reading this review and have decided you are going to buy a new ford vehicle. Get in your car. Drive to Mt. Juliet. Open the doors and ask for Frank Snipes. Above all. Pricing. I am in financial sales, I understand the difference between getting screwed and getting the best deal. Frank told me the numbers, and they matched the numbers I signed for. This is obviously most important of all. Integrity. And that is what Frank and everyone and Two Rivers Ford possesses. I drive my new 2016 Fusion Se (oxford white with black rims - looks amazing) with pride (especially being from Detroit). And I also drive it remembering what great customer service does to folks in this country, and how it improves their lives. I knew exactly what I wanted and when it wasn't immediately available Joel Hawley spent hours tracking down the vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no extra cost and no stress. The facility is beautiful and clean, everyone is extremely friendly. Reggie the finance guy was knowledgeable, funny and quick. Everyone was utterly professional with a focus on customer service. I would buy a car from them again any time. More
