After visiting four different ford dealerships looking to purchase a Ford Bronco Sport, upon entering Clay Cooley Ford, I was greeted by Joal Lewis, New Car Sales. After spending some time with him conveying purchase a Ford Bronco Sport, upon entering Clay Cooley Ford, I was greeted by Joal Lewis, New Car Sales. After spending some time with him conveying what I was looking for in a Bronco Sport, including specific options, he said, I have the exact car for you. Amazing to say the least. After he drove the car to the front of the facility and met with me, he spent a great amount of time pointing out all of the included options and how they functioned. I was most impressed with the knowledge he possessed relative to all of the functional attributes associated with the Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Now came the hard part. Agreeing to what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. After several negotiating strategies being employed including discussions with the sales manager (name not known), we came to an agreeable price for the vehicle. Having visited with a number of sales individuals at other ford dealerships during the past two weeks, I must say Joal was the most courteous, knowledgeable and professional salesperson I have visited with during the past two weeks. Note: My wife will be purchasing a Bronco Sport most likely this year and will be visiting Clay Cooley Ford and Joal Lewis. More
