After a couple days of negotiations and shopping around one thing was abundantly clear, Arrigo has a team of managers that know what they’re doing. My salesman, Joel Tamez, was amazing and came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. He was patient and not pushy at all. I put him through the gauntlet and we remained patient. I was back and forth between the Ford Bronco and the Jeep Wrangler. Ultimately, the towing capacity and rugged look of the Jeep Rubicon X won me over. Other dealerships of both the Ford and Jeep wanted to low ball my trade. Some were so low it showed they were all about the money and taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Arrigo’s team never came across that way and gave me a price on their Jeep cheaper than anyone else. I highly recommend Arrigo Ft Pierce to anyone in the market for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or anything used. Thanks guys, my family will be back. More

However, the overall process took an exceptionally long time, and the finance department pushed very hard to sell the vehicle protection plan. A protection plan is optional, and that should be stated clearly up front rather than presented with pressure. I was also not pleased to find that a $495 premium protection plan had been added in the finance paperwork without a clear explanation. Joel was excellent, but the extended time and the aggressive approach in finance definitely impacted the experience. More
