Very disappointed. I was assured by the sales associate and sales manager that certain things would be addressed. When I called to pick up the car, I was told "everythi I was assured by the sales associate and sales manager that certain things would be addressed. When I called to pick up the car, I was told "everything was done." It was not. Although they did finish the initial agreed-upon work the next day, I seriously question what other work wasn't done that they claim had been done. Follow through and follow up has not been great. Well, what happened was… Never mind not important how I got there.. What is important is that some how I found myself face to face with Iman EmAduni the other day. I’m pretty sure Joel Horn whispered sweet got there.. What is important is that some how I found myself face to face with Iman EmAduni the other day. I’m pretty sure Joel Horn whispered sweet nothings in my ear. I believe he told me to go find this amazing being and buy a car (he didn’t but we will pretend like he did). Anyway the universe did what it did and I got to meet the most angelic, grinding, determined soul. She reminds me of myself I must say. I have NEVER in my life had an experience like this buying a car. The BBQ Gang (the name I have bestowed upon them) @ Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Waukee was the bomb!
