Any time I have taken my car into service, they come and let me know how the service on the car is coming along and if they found any other issues. One time, I needed a new tire and it seemed like it was taking forever. Joey DeSantis kept checking on me and how the service was coming along. They also have a wonderful door to door service. At the time of my oil change, I was not able to get out due to illness at the time and they came and picked up my car and had the oil change done and a recall taken care of and brought the car back later in the day. The person let me know when he arrived at the dealership and called me to give me a heads up that he was heading back to my home. I have gone the Pat Milikin for years and overall I am very happy with their service. More

After a visit to my local Ford dealership in search of a new F150 and doing some research on line as well as making a few phone calls I drove 66 miles to Pat Milliken Ford. Their inventory selection was exc new F150 and doing some research on line as well as making a few phone calls I drove 66 miles to Pat Milliken Ford. Their inventory selection was excellent and I was intrigued with their pricing options I was provided over the phone. Upon arrival (late in day, early evening) salesman Joey DeSantis was awaiting my arrival. I test drove two F150's purchasing the 2nd. The sale went quickly and smoothly, no surprises, I was in and out in roughly 90 minutes. The following day Joey emailed me a link and I reviewed and electronically signed all documents from home. The vehicle was prepped and delivered to my home by Joey the following morning. Joey did an excellent job going over the vehicle with me. This is my first purchase from Pat Milliken Ford and I'm extremely pleased with the service that I have been provided. More
