We had been looking for a specific model, color, trim, and options for Kia for over a month. Finally found what we wanted at Kia of Carson. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and competent. We came in the next day. The place is clean. Our salesman even offered us water. Purchasing was quick considering all the paperwork. We did not finance which made it even quicker. They didn't offer KBB value for our trade-in but we didn't feel like negotiating. In and out in about 2 hours with a brand new Wolf Gray 2023 Sorento. They have been following up to see how we are doing, how we enjoy the car, and if we have any questions. Extremely satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend. For all my services no doubt!!'
