I am not completely satisfied. I explained the symptoms my truck is having verbally and on paper. While one issue was fixed the other issue remains and they gave a solution but it I explained the symptoms my truck is having verbally and on paper. While one issue was fixed the other issue remains and they gave a solution but it's not consistent with what I'm experiencing with my truck. I purchased my vehicle here and continued to used this service department but, if they can't duplicate the issue they don't look into the issue or concerns any deeper. My truck continues to have the same issue and at that time called my service tech explaining the symptoms again to get the same response. This is the same issue I was having when I first purchased my vehicle but the noises coming from underneath is getting louder. The problem is internal with the transmission or transfer case I believe.....but I was disputed saying it was a protective cover over the exhaust system. More
