I am impressed with Gordon Chevrolet. I have never waited more than 1 hour for a scheduled oil change. The courtesy shuttle was a great bonus when I had to keep the car there for repair. They are awful. I just needed a simple recalibration of a break pedal sensor and they said I had to buy a sensor from them and then they would recalibrate.
