Dripped my ram truck off with the service center the night before my appointment. Around 4 - 5 pm the next day I called the service department to find out what the status of my repairs. Was told that my night before my appointment. Around 4 - 5 pm the next day I called the service department to find out what the status of my repairs. Was told that my Ram was mixed up with another group of cars and was not worked on that day. Service department apologized and stated they wouldn’t get the repair started first thing the next day around noon I still had not heard anything regarding the repairs of my truck. I called the service department again to find out again. Repairs had not yet been started on my truck. It was not until around 5PM on day two that repairs on my vehicle have been completed. More
